 Hi! before I explore you to my barangay let me introduce first my province to be more familiar, WELCOME TO MY PROVINCE KALIBO, AKLAN , were the colourful ati-atihan festival held.

Estancia is a barangay in the municipality of Kalibo, province of Aklan. Come join me to take you around to our barangay through this blog.

Aklan Provincial Capitol

Aklan Provincial Capitol also known as "Aklanon Park" ,the seat of the Provincial government of province of Aklan. These government center host the national and Provincial offices.The building's interior and exterior designs are very enticing. Every month of December the Capitol held an event "Opening Lights" to celebrate Christmas and be more attraction of tourists.

Capitol is just a walk from our home, so every morning we used to jog or exercise there. Capitol is just 86 meters away from our home.

Northwestern Visayan College

Northwestern Visayan College or NVC for short is a tertiary school in Kalibo, Aklan. It was founded in 1948. As I know this school has best sport player specially in volleyball because they teach and train hard there player, I know that because my eldest sister came from this school before she became a volleyball player in Arellano University. Well this school teaches Japanese, Korean, Chinese language which I admire and the reason why I want to enroll in this school before, well that's before hehehe now I am contented in my school.

NVC is also just a walk from our home too, it's very near in our home(for me), that's why a lot of NVC student are renting apartment in our street. NVC is just 76.2 meters away from our home.

Marzon Hotel

Marzon Hotel is the one I can recommend the most hotel for all tourist who will visit in Kalibo, it's perfect hotel for whole family since they have the best service, kids can enjoy their swimming pool and also this place have a Instagramble vibe.If you are lucky to have the room in third floor, you can see the view of kalibo airport and rice fields, such a beautiful view right?

Marzon in just in the back of our house(will it's not close enough okay) just look back and you can see the hotel building. Marzon is just 36.1 meters away from home so that's why it's very near from our street.

Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc.

Aklan Electric Cooperative also known as Akelco where we pay our bills and the source of electricity in our home and also the one who always block out the entire municipality.

Akelco is just a walk from our home too if you prefer but you can also ride bicycle too. Just like NVC, Akelco is just 76.2 meters away from our home.

Panay Healthcare MPC Hospital

Panay Hospital is a private hospital this is near in my old school which is Garcia College of Technology, they are very strict when it's come to visitors, the room in this hospital has a tv ,let me tell you it's has a cable one too, every room have aircon and their hospital is very clean too not like other hospital.

This is the very near hospital in our barangay we can ran off when there's emergency. Capitol and Panay Hospital have same distance 86 meters.

That's all the place I can introduce in our barangay but before I end this blog I want to share the others tourist spot here in Kalibo.

Ostrich Farm

kalibo Ostrich Farm in Bukid Tigayon, Kalibo is a local attraction in the province with around 40 Australian and African ostriches. The facility also houses assorted wildlife mammals and bird species that attracts local and foreign tourists.

Sunflower Farm (Helianthus Farm)

Are you looking for a farm with a bunches of Golden Flowers? There’s a Helianthus Farm in Tinigaw, Kalibo, Aklan. Helianthus is the scientific name of what is commonly called Sunflower. It is a plant that grows either as a perennial or an annual and it blooms very beautifully. Its big yellow petals are always compared to the happiness for so many years now, so that sunflower farms are treated as tourist spots to remind us to always be positive in life. Helianthus Farm is just a new sight in Kalibo, the farm was known when new normal declared.

Tambak, New Washington

Tambak is the famous beach in New Washington,Kalibo, Aklan. Here you can jog peacefully in the morning, eat fresh seafood in the restaurant just infront of the beach, and enjoy swimming with your family. When it's summer many jelly fish appears in the sand of the beach.
